After the planning fail mentioned in the previous post, Alex and I decided to raincheck our Flip, a new upscale burger boutique that is the brainchild of Richard Blais, of Top Chef fame. This place seems to have pretty wide appeal, only about half of the menu is burgers that are red-meat in origin; and consequently many friends who are vegetarians or not typically meat eaters have shown an interest in checking it out.
